FlowSet DJ Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FlowSet DJ, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use FlowSet DJ.

FlowSet DJ may be available across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch where supported. Some features depend on your device, operating system, subscription status, configured music sources, and availability of Apple services or backend services.

Relationship to Apple Terms

Apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold. Your use of FlowSet DJ is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Usage Rules, Apple Media Services terms, and other Apple terms that apply to your Apple account, devices, purchases, subscriptions, and platform services.

Where Apple's terms require a particular rule, those Apple terms continue to apply. These terms add FlowSet DJ-specific rules for app use, subscriptions, FlowSet Samples, support, and backend services.

Apple Standard EULA

License to Use FlowSet DJ

Subject to these terms, FlowSet DJ grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FlowSet DJ on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.

You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, or create derivative works of FlowSet DJ, except to the extent that applicable law or open-source license terms expressly allow.

Subscriptions and Purchases

FlowSet DJ uses Apple's in-app purchase system for subscriptions and offer-code redemption. Apple handles payment processing, billing, taxes, refunds, and account-level purchase management.

FlowSet DJ receives subscription entitlement information from Apple so the app can unlock the features available to your current plan. Subscription features and limits may change over time, and access to paid features requires an active entitlement unless FlowSet DJ provides a separate promotional or testing access mode.

Music Sources and Your Responsibility

FlowSet DJ helps you build and play sets from Apple Music, Local Files, local playlists, and FlowSet Samples. These sources are distinct, and the rights that apply to one source do not automatically apply to another.

FlowSet DJ does not grant you rights in Apple Music tracks, local audio files, local playlist files, or other third-party or user-provided content. You are responsible for having any rights, permissions, licenses, or clearances required for public performance, classes, recording, streaming, copying, distribution, and any other use of that content.

Apple Music use is subject to Apple's terms and to your Apple Music account and subscription. Local Files should only contain audio and playlists that you have the right to access and use.

FlowSet Samples License

FlowSet Samples are sample packs, sample playlists, and sample tracks provided by FlowSet for use inside FlowSet DJ.

You may play FlowSet Samples from within the FlowSet DJ app for personal listening, practice, rehearsals, classes, workshops, fitness sessions, public performances, private events, and paid or unpaid sessions.

This permission applies only while FlowSet Samples are played from FlowSet DJ. It does not allow extracting FlowSet Samples or using the sample tracks outside FlowSet DJ.

FlowSet Samples Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, repackage, upload isolated samples, distribute FlowSet Samples
• Claim ownership or authorship of FlowSet Samples.

The FlowSet Samples license does not grant any rights in Apple Music, Local Files, or other third-party or user-provided music.

Backend Services and Availability

FlowSet DJ may contact backend services to fetch sample catalogs, request download information, download selected sample packs, provide support, or maintain app functionality.

FlowSet may change, suspend, remove, limit, or discontinue backend services, sample catalogs, sample packs, or features at any time. FlowSet DJ is not responsible for interruption, limits, changes, or unavailability caused by Apple services, device settings, network conditions, third-party services, or content you provide.

FlowSet DJ's Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the app, FlowSet Samples, subscriptions, support, and related services.

Changes to These Terms

FlowSet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If the terms change, the updated version will be made available through the app, website, or App Store listing. Continued use of FlowSet DJ after an update means you accept the updated terms.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowSet DJ, FlowSet Samples, and backend services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. FlowSet does not guarantee that the app or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular class, performance, venue, playlist, device, or music source, or that every feature will remain available.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations on statutory consumer rights. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlowSet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of a class or performance, inability to access a music source, or issues caused by Apple services, backend services, third-party services, devices, networks, or content you provide.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
